Exchange and Cooperation

The academic cooperation between FBFS and the relative labs from University of Copenhagen, University of Modena and Reggio Emilia, University of Cordoba,Leibniz Universität Hannover, University of Chemistry and Technology(Prague), University of Arizona、University of Wisconsin(Madison), Cornell University, Rockefeller University and University of California(Davis)has been set up. FBFS has also established the cooperation with some Chinese famous companies such as Shanxi Aged Vinegar Group Company, Jiangsu Hengshun Vinegar Industry Group, Shanxi Zilin Vinegar Industry Group, Hubei Tulaohan Group Company, Shandong Zhonghui Biotechnology Co. LTD, Guangdong Kelong Biotechnology Co. LTD and Zhejiang Sanhe Bio-engineering Company and so on.

In the last 10 years, some international academic conferences have been successfully chaired by our lab, such as Sino-European Conference of Traditional Fermentation Foods (Wuhan, 2008) , Sino-American Forum of Food Safety (Wuhan, 2011), Sino-European Meeting on Vinegars(Wuhan,2013), Conference on Hongqu and Fermented Herbs (Wuhan, 2014), The Fourth International Conference on Acetic Acid Bacteria(Taiyuan,2015), International Conference on Hongqu(Wuhan,2016), World Famous Vinegar Tasting Workshop (Yidu, 2017), International Conference on Hongqu(Wuhan,2018).
