Homology between A. pasteurianus strains

The homology between A. pasteurianus strains is anaylzed by using Mauve              2.3.1. All substrains of A. pasteurianus IFO 3281 display a high homology with each other. While, A. pasteurianus 386B, A. pasteurianus CICC 20001 and A. pasteurianus CGMCC 1.41 show a high homology in the chromosome (Fig. 1) and a low homology in plasmids (Fig. 2) with A. pasteurianus IFO 3283 substrains .

The lines represent (from the top to  the bottom): line 1,of Ap CGMCC 1.41; line2, chromosome of Ap CICC 20001; line3, chromosome of Ap 386B;  line 4, chromosome of Ap IFO  3283-01-42C; line 5, chromosome of Ap IFO 3283-01; line 6, chromosome of Ap IFO 3283-03; line 7, chromosome of Ap IFO 3283-07; line 8, chromosome of Ap IFO 3283-12; line 9, chromosome of Ap IFO 3283-22; line 10, chromosome of Ap IFO 3283-26; line 11, chromosome of Ap IFO 3283-32.

The lines represent (from the top to  the bottom): line 1, plasmids of Ap CGMCC  1.41; line2, plasmids of Ap CICC  20001; line3, plasmids of Ap 386B;  line 4, plasmids of Ap IFO  3283-01-42C; line 5, plasmids of Ap IFO  3283-01; line 6, plasmids of Ap IFO  3283-03; line 7, plasmids of Ap IFO  3283-07; line 8, plasmids of Ap IFO  3283-12; line 9, plasmids of Ap IFO  3283-22; line 10, plasmids of Ap IFO  3283-26; line 11, plasmids of Ap IFO  3283-32. the red vertical lines in each line represent the edge of different  plasmids.
