Genomes of 58 AABs have been completely or partly sequenced by different institutions, including A. pasteurianus (13), A. aceti (3), A. syzygii (1), A. orleanensis (1), A. orientalis (1), A. indonesiensis (1), A. cibinongensis (1), A. persici (1), A. okinawensis (1), A. papayae (1), A. nitrogenifigens (1), A. tropicalis (3), A. pomorum (1), A. malorum (1), G. oxydans (3), G. thailandicus (3), G. frateurii (3), G. morbifer (1), Ga. diazotrophicus (1), K. hansenii (1), K. xylinus (1), K. rhaeticus (1), K. oboediens (1), K. europaeus (4), K. intermedius (1), K. kakiaceti (1), As. platycodi (1), As. prunellae (1), As. astilbis (1), Ac. methanolica (1), Ko. baliensis (1), S. floricola (1) and T. sakaeratensis (1).
